The men’s 1stXI produced another solid performance in the first round beating Bourne Deeping 2-1. They then played Roses, and despite falling 2-0 down, continued to battle and pulled one back. With five minutes to go, keeper Richard Price was subbed and we went to 11 outfield in an attempt to get the equaliser….the goal came, but to Roses to seal a 3-1 win.
Heads held high for the spirit and commitment showed!
